Kinkos Fax Price

What does Kinko’s charge to send a fax?

Kinko’s, the popular copy shop that was acquired by FedEx in early 2004 and became FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Center, offers fax sending and receiving services at all of its locations. However, prices vary somewhat based on a variety of factors.

The cost differs based on whether you’re faxing to a local number or long-distance, and how many pages you’re sending. Not all Kinko’s locations charge the same prices, but they don’t vary much. A typical pricing structure at Kinko’s is: $1.50 for the first page and $1 for subsequent pages for local faxes, and $2 for the first page and $1.50 each for subsequent pages if you’re sending it to a long-distance fax number. Faxing internationally from the United States is typically $6 for the first page and $3 to $3.50 for subsequent pages. The cover page, which is supplied by Kinko’s, is transmitted at no charge. Prices may be slightly more or slightly less, depending on the market and region.

The prices should be posted next to the self-service fax machines in most Kinko’s locations, or ask an employee. They may ask you for the fax destination number (the area code is key) before calculating the price.

If you’d rather not head out to your local copy shop, the online fax service will let you send a 15-page fax from your computer to anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $1.99.
