RingCentral Reliability?
I came across your site and am requesting info on the reliability of the RingCentral.com service. We are thinking of using this service for our fax and phone.
What feedback have you received (negative or positive)? Any info you can share would be appreciated.
I haven’t used Ringcentral myself, but plenty of the people who read my fax FAQ do — and believe me, they tell me when they’re unhappy with a fax service. Happily, I have logged no complaints about RingCentral’s fax and voice services. In the users’ rating section of the FAQ: How Can I Send A Fax From the Internet?, RingCentral has logged a respectable 5.4 points out of a possible 7 “satisfaction” points.
So if RingCentral has the features you need, I think it’ll be a good choice.
