Q: I want to send a fax from my computer to another country. What service can do this? I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription.

When someone wants to send me a fax is there anything I need to do on the machine before they send it? Do I need to have it on FAX for me to receive it? I didn’t think so, but I have not been receiving the faxes lately when they are being sent.

I need to inform physicians of certain tests that may be available to their patient. My cover fax sheet has a confidentiality notice on the front.
