How to Find an Incorrect Recipient
I accidentally sent a voided check to an incorrect fax number. I have no idea who the number belongs to. Is there any way to find out?
The best way to address this issue is to use a reverse phone number directory. There are a lot of services available through the internet, both free and paid, and many of them include fax numbers as well. I would recommend starting with directories that are known for being extensive, reliable and free. You could also try simply Googling the number. Perhaps you’ve faxed a landline; you could try calling the number to rule that out and ease your worries.
