What’s the best way to fax official documents?
I need to fill out and sign some paperwork relating to my health insurance. Is it OK to scan and fax it, or do I need to send it via the postal service?

I want to get rid of my fax machine, but I can’t figure out what I’d need for internet faxing.
I keep getting faxes with missing and blurry text and I can’t fix it with the printer settings.
Our office Electronic Health Record system generates an automatic fax cover sheet with the proper “important” notice and “confidential notice.” However, it automatically puts patients name and date of birth on the cover sheet. Is that OK?
My printer is out of ink and I don’t know how to use my scanner. Can I just take a picture of a document and fax it using an online service?
I don’t yet have a MagicJack. But I do have “32 Bit Internet Fax,” a very good faxing software that I have used for many years. It enables me to provide it with a list of fax numbers to each of which will be sent the same fax. The fax software replaces the need for a physical fax machine. I DO NOT use the software for commercial purposes but only for sending messages supporting or opposing legislation to members of the United States Congress. I would like to be able to use that software with MagicJack.
Does Mass-faxing Congress help?
When I send a fax from a fax center, does that fax center have the right or ability to view its contents?
